How it works
How mobile vet appointment works
Online Booking
You can book your appointment through our online booking system, chat with us directly, or text us at 0488 699 996. Pre-payment is required for after-hours visits. Feel free to email the vet with your pet’s previous medical records so we can gain a better understanding of their needs before the appointment. Also, please let us know if your pet has any specific behavior quirks to help ensure a smooth visit.
Preparing for the Vet’s Visit
To prepare for the appointment, please provide a quiet room or outdoor space for the exam. For cats, we ask that you confine them to a carrier or a small room to help reduce stress and anxiety. Kindly allow a 40-minute window for potential traffic or parking delays.
During the Visit
When the vet arrives, they will call you to discuss your pet’s medical history. A full veterinary exam will then take place at your home or workplace. Payment will be requested at the time of service via debit/credit card or tap-to-pay options for your convenience.
After the Visit
Once the appointment is complete, you will receive a receipt and vaccination certificate via email. We can also provide a copy of the clinical history for pet insurance claims. If follow-up care is needed, we will schedule future appointments and can arrange for referrals or medication scripts. Additionally, your pet’s visit history can be sent to your regular vet for continuous care.
